Our experience includes preparing traffic studies for all kinds of development projects, including office, retail, entertainment, sports, residential, mixed use, industrial, medical and institutional land uses. We have provided traffic support to developers, cities, urban planners, architects, urban designers, and civil engineers, for site planning and design, EIR's, project approvals, and the implementation of on-site and off-site improvements and mitigation measures. This work has included traffic analysis of on-site circulation, access/egress, off-site impacts and mitigating solutions, transit and pedestrian needs, comprehensive transportation strategies, and parking supply and management programs. Our traffic circulation planning experience includes traffic management and control in residential neighborhoods, as well as urban streetscape and traffic calming projects. |
| Our experience also includes traffic studies to develop
improvements to traffic operations, roadway configurations, and highway
infrastructure for arterial roads, state highways and freeways, and freeway
